Founder and CEO
As CEO, my job is to support our incredibly talented team in making games that our players love.
I’ve spent the last 10+ years in senior exec roles in the games industry, including at Europe’s largest game developer, Jagex, and at Gamestop plc subsidiary, Jolt Online. I’ve worked on world-leading MMOs, Social games and Mobile games, with total player numbers of 300million+ and lifetime revenues of $1billion+.
In DIGIT, I believe we have the team to go much bigger!
My favourite games:
Founder and General Manager
I have always had a passion for games. I feel very lucky to be able to work in this industry and with a team of such talented and equally passionate people. I try to ensure everyone in the studio works in a fun, hardworking and honest environment.
Everyone in DIGIT is constantly learning from each other – which is something I feel proud of helping to create and grow.
Founder and Art Director
I am a constant work in progress. I’m not who I used to be, and every day is one day closer to what, who and where I want to be.
I’ve been CTO at DIGIT since 2013.
Previously, I was Director of Technology & Development at Bigpoint. I have over 18 years experience in game technology under my belt and have been in the games-as-a-service industry for over 6 years.
The DIGIT culture is very important to me – I believe in building agile, empowered and self-driven teams – and our aim is to create a great environment for success, with clear feedback systems, highly streamlined production pipelines and unbridled innovation.
Essentially I am a professional match maker. I love meeting candidates from around the world, and it’s even better when they get the job. Working in DIGIT, you sometimes forget this is your job, it’s such a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.
In case you’re wondering; my name is pronounced ‘Neesha’ 😉
Lead Game Designer
12 years ago, I started out as a Freelancer in the browser game market with a background in Art and Marketing. Before DIGIT, I worked at Ubisoft on IPs like Panzer General and Assassins Creed.
As a Systems and Economy Designer I help designing and balancing core game mechanics and write tools that allow us to simulate and change bulks of balancing data easily. My focus lies on designing adaptive systems that allow small teams to have a great impact.
It’s a pleasure to be part of such an experienced and passionate team and I am very much looking forward to our upcoming release.
Director of UX
For me, UX is not just about screen and interfaces, it’s about crafting experiences from offline to online realm. I have had the opportunity to work on massively successful and commercial hit games for world leading IPs, including: Disney’s CARS, Fox’s Ice Age, Marvel’s Spiderman, Hasbro’s My Little Pony, Wizard of OZ & Dungeon Lords, to name a few.
Having globe trotted from the US to New Zealand, I have worked with some insanely talented people across the world and currently take pride in building and taking DIGIT to greater heights working alongside some of the best game devs in the world.
Lead UI Designer
I am a UI/UX Designer with 5+ years experience in the Irish games industry. I’m really focused on making every title as engaging and visually impressive as possible. I’ve always wanted to make games, they really have been a big part of my life.
As one of the first hires in DIGIT I’ve seen the team (and the titles) grow in a way that should make for some exciting times ahead.
I am a proud Geordie and massive gamer. I have been fortunate enough to work in the games industry for a while now and I have held positions across QA and project management. We have a great team here in DIGIT and it’s a pleasure to come to work everyday, and “If my calculations are correct when this baby gets up to 88 miles per hour, your going to see some serious sh…!”
I’ve been part of the DIGIT team since early 2013. I am passionate about creating a culture and work environment that is comfortable, motivated, creative, stress-free and as fun as it can possibly be. Luckily, I am surrounded by the most fantastic team, who make it a pleasure to come in to the studio everyday.
If I am not in work or the gym you can usually find me at a festival, gig or cultural event, the more obscure the better 🙂
